This is the hotel where we stayed during our visit to Antigua. It is located in the north of Antigua, in a quiet area, a short walk from the centre. All rooms have a private bathroom and a nice bed. From €24 per night for 2 pers.
Lemon Tree hostel €
This hostel is located right in the centre of the city. The rooms overlook a courtyard where a small aeroplane is parked, funny to see! There are dormitories or private rooms with shared bathroom facilities. From € 28 per night for 2 pers.
Adra Hostel €€
This hostel is so beautiful, that it feels like a design hotel. The location is very central and it has a cosy courtyard where you can relax for a few hours. The private rooms are very large and have room for 5 people. From € 60 per night for 2 people (breakfast included).

We slept in this hostel. The rooms are spacious, clean and with good beds. But the best thing is the roof terrace with hammocks, bean bags and a nice view. Shared bathroom and toilet. From € 9 per night for 2 pers.
Lush €€
This lovely eco-hotel is located close to the centre of San Marcos. From the outside, it is an oasis of green, inside the rooms are beautiful and luxurious. From € 44 per night for 2 people (including breakfast).
Yoga Forest €€€
This retreat, with wellness and yoga studio, is located in the middle of nature outside the city. Pricey but the place to be if you want to relax completely. From € 90 per night for 2 pers. (minimum 3 nights). There are also dorms.

This nice hotel is just a 10-minute walk from the Semuc Champey pools. A brand new swimming pool and jacuzzi have just been built in front of the colourful little cottages. From €20 per night for 2 people.
Utopia Eco Hotel €
Set in a beautiful place in the rainforest, this hotels forces you to slow down and relax! There is a good shuttle service and restaurant. From €28 per night for 2 people.
Mountain Nest €
This cozy home has two warm and welcoming owners and a beautiful view. To reach it you will need a 4×4 and you still have to walk a short distance, but that is more than worth it! From € 48 per night for 2 people.

Jungle Lodge Hostel €€
This is the hostel where we stayed. The rooms are brand new and beautiful. It’s part of the Hotel Jungle Lodge and you can use their pool and facilities. Shared bathroom and toilet. From € 56 per night for 2 pers.
Hotel Jungle Lodge €€€
This luxury hotel has a swimming pool, cinema and a beautiful lounge. You sleep in private bungalows that are fully equipped. There are a restaurant and a bar. The rooms are beautiful and luxurious. From € 132 per night for 2 pers.
Hotel Jaguar Inn €€
This is a slightly less luxurious hotel than the Jungle Lodge, but nonetheless it looks nice. You sleep in private bungalows with a private bathroom. The hotel also has a restaurant. From € 67 per night for 2 pers.

The best hostels and guesthouses in Flores
Casa Ula €
The quirky rooms of the funny Casa Ula are spacious and clean. This hostel is centrally located, from the roof terrace you have a view over the entire island of Flores! From € 30 per night for 2 people.
Hostal Don Cenobio €
This brand new hostel is nice and colorful and very well priced! There is a rooftop where you have a view of the river and also handy, each room has its own fridge. From € 16 per night for 2 people.
Hotel Casona Del Lago €€
This hotel has a swimming pool and jacuzzi. Note, it’s not on the island, but on the mainland. You reach the island of Flores by crossing the bridge, a short distance. From €84 per night for 2 people including breakfast.
